Information We Collect
Discord sign-in may store your Discord ID, username, avatar, guild-join status, notification preferences, bans, admin status, and session data. Conversion features store upload IDs, filenames, MIME types, sizes, chunk progress, job IDs, job status, source type, source links, titles, license text, detected real-brand notes, fix logs, errors, output paths, output sizes, expiration times, screenshots, verification subscriptions, activity logs, and worker heartbeat data.
IP Addresses and Rate Limits
We store IP submission records and user action logs to enforce daily limits, prevent abuse, protect workers, investigate security issues, and keep the free service available.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, accept uploads, process conversion queues, produce downloadable output, review screenshots, detect abuse, send optional Discord notifications, provide account history, moderate users, and maintain service reliability.
Retention and Deletion
Jobs and outputs may expire automatically. Account deletion removes your jobs, uploads, screenshots, verifications, subscriptions, action logs, and user record where applicable, subject to backups, legal needs, security logs, and abuse-prevention records.
Sharing
We share data with Discord for OAuth and notifications and with hosting, database, storage, security, browser automation, and support providers needed to operate the service. Source links you submit may be fetched from third-party sites to perform a conversion.
Children and Minimum Age
Pulse Convert converts mods for Grand Theft Auto V, an M-rated (17+) game, and is not directed to children. Discord itself requires account holders to be at least 13; do not use Pulse Convert if you do not meet that minimum.
