Using Pulse Convert

Pulse Convert helps users convert GTA5 vehicle mods into FiveM-ready resources, fix resource files, review conversion history, upload archives, paste source-page links, generate screenshots, and track conversion jobs. You are responsible for the files, links, and metadata you submit.

Rights to Mods and Files

Only upload or convert content you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to process. Respect mod authors' licenses, redistribution rules, takedown requests, trademarks, and platform rules. Pulse Convert does not grant you rights to any third-party model, texture, brand, archive, screenshot, or source page.

Prohibited Use

Do not upload malware, credential stealers, exploit files, illegal content, private personal information, intentionally corrupted archives, or content designed to attack workers, browsers, parsers, storage, or users. Do not bypass rate limits, scrape abusively, or use the service to distribute files you are not allowed to share.

Output and Availability

Conversion output is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a converted resource is compatible with every FiveM server, game update, framework, or license requirement. Jobs, uploads, screenshots, source-page data, and output files may expire, fail, be moderated, or be removed.

Third Parties

Pulse Convert may interact with Discord OAuth, gta5-mods.com links supplied by users, browser automation, hosting/storage services, and support links. Pulse Convert is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, FiveM, Cfx.re, or gta5-mods.com.

Copyright and DMCA Takedown Notices

Pulse Convert respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content processed, hosted, or made available for download through Pulse Convert infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (a job ID, upload ID, or direct link);
• Your contact information, including an address, phone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

On receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and may notify the user who submitted it. A user who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing the identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their district. We may restore the material after a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action first. We terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

Liability and Contact

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost files, failed conversions, license disputes, third-party outages, or server issues caused by converted resources. Email [email protected] for questions or abuse reports. These terms are not legal advice.
